Week 5

During the fifth week, content production activities were carried out by the student, including shooting and editing videos for promotional purposes such as Ramadan and Raya content. In addition, technical tasks were performed, including the replacement of printers and scanners across different branches. Troubleshooting was also conducted when print quality issues persisted, and guidance was obtained from the supervisor to resolve the problem.

Experience in handling both technical and creative tasks within a short period was gained by the student. Problem-solving skills were improved through troubleshooting activities, especially when initial solutions did not fully resolve the issue. As a result, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to different situations was enhanced.
