Week 12

During the twelfth week, content production activities were carried out by the student, including the preparation of a promotional video for a new payment method (MAIWP x Boost) based on a request from the operation manager. The process involved script preparation, video shooting, editing, and submission for approval. In addition, a technical task was performed at the Desa Latania branch, where a scanner issue was investigated and resolved by updating the software driver. Monitoring of the scanner usage was also conducted to ensure proper functionality.

Experience in producing informative content based on operational requirements was gained by the student. Technical troubleshooting skills were also improved, particularly in identifying and resolving software-related issues. As a result, the ability to handle both technical and content-related responsibilities was strengthened.
