During the second week, involvement in content planning activities was carried out by the student, including the preparation of storyboards and basic design work. Exposure to real working environments was also gained through visits to a new branch, where the setup of POS systems and server installations was observed. In addition, assistance was provided by the student in managing and recording old laptops in storage.
A better understanding of the early stages of content creation, including planning and design, was developed by the student. Exposure to POS system setup and IT asset management was also gained. As a result, improved adaptability and understanding of both technical and creative tasks were achieved.
