Throughout the industrial training at Tri Shaas Sdn. Bhd. (Mydin Mart), the student was involved in a variety of tasks that combined both technical responsibilities and digital content production. From the technical aspect, the student participated in the installation and maintenance of equipment such as POS systems, printers, and scanners, as well as troubleshooting tasks involving both hardware and software, including resolving issues related to device drivers.
From the content production aspect, the student was involved in the full workflow of content creation, starting from idea planning, script and storyboard preparation, video shooting, editing, and proceeding to the approval process and scheduling of posts on social media platforms. Various types of content were produced, including product promotions, festive campaigns, recruitment content, and informational content to assist customers.
In addition, the student was entrusted with handling shooting sessions involving staff as talents, recording management speech segments, and performing photography tasks during official meetings. The student also assisted in modifying existing design materials, such as updating prices and adjusting graphical elements.
Through these experiences, a clearer understanding of real workplace workflows was developed, particularly in managing tasks that require both technical and creative skills. Skills in time management, communication, and problem-solving were also significantly improved.
Overall, the industrial training provided valuable exposure and practical experience, helping the student to better prepare for future career challenges.
