Week 4

During the fourth week, several technical tasks were carried out by the student, including the replacement of a printer drum/imaging unit and the testing of print quality. Network cable crimping was also performed for new cashier counters, followed by the setup of POS equipment such as desktop, monitor, receipt printer, and scanner. In addition, the student assisted in transporting server equipment at the Bagan Datuk branch and carried out content shooting for promotional purposes.

Hands on experience in technical tasks such as printer maintenance, network cable crimping, and POS setup was gained by the student. Exposure to real working environments at different branches was also obtained. As a result, technical skills and confidence in handling both IT related and content related tasks were improved.
