Based on the experience gained during the industrial training, several improvements can be suggested to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program. A more structured task planning system should be implemented to help trainees manage their time more effectively, especially when handling multiple responsibilities such as shooting, editing, and posting content. In addition, communication and coordination between departments should be improved to ensure smoother workflow and to minimize last minute changes, particularly for content requests and recruitment related tasks. More frequent and timely feedback from supervisors is also important to help trainees improve the quality of their work more efficiently. Furthermore, clearer guidelines and expectations should be provided to avoid confusion and enhance overall productivity. Trainees should also be given more opportunities to engage in technical tasks such as system maintenance and troubleshooting in order to strengthen their IT related skills. Lastly, greater exposure to marketing campaign planning would allow trainees to better understand the strategies behind content production.
